AUSTIN, TEXAS, July 9, 2015— Chasse Consulting: Sales Strategies, Inc., a leading provider of sales performance and translation consulting services, is pleased to announce that Miriam Rode has been promoted to Director of Program Management, effective immediately.
Rode will report directly to the CEO as a member of the executive team, overseeing Chasse Consulting’s Program Management Office. In her role, she will supervise and ensure program alignment across all divisions in the company with the ultimate goal of facilitating the deployment of high-quality deliverables and services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Rode’s promotion is of particular significance as Chasse Consulting rapidly expands to meet the demands of its burgeoning clientele.

With an extensive background of project management experience advising and educating CEOs, vice presidents and directors in areas such as change management, PMO governance and structure, project/program management and strategic planning and execution, Rode possesses a firm grasp of effectively navigating projects to completion and delivering tangible results on time, within budget and of quality. Most recently, Rode came from SkillSoft where she served as the Art Director and Design Project Manager for offshore teams. Her position involved providing leadership, instruction, and edits on graphical content of online courses and eLearning tools.

In joining Chasse Consulting, Rode brings a diverse background that spans numerous industries such as sales consulting, mobile apps, eLearning, curriculum development, web, print, and interface design. Rode’s extensive expertise makes her an exciting addition to the company’s executive team.
In regards to her new position at Chasse Consulting, Rode explained: “I am thrilled to be a part of an organization that has given me the opportunity to develop and articulate the vision and goals of the PMO. Rode earned a Bachelor’s in New Media Design & Imaging with high honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. She has held her PMP since 2013 and has taught art direction and software courses to undergraduate students.
