CHASSE CONSULTING: SALES STRATEGIES, INC. HELPS GENERATE FUNDS FOR WATER WELLS

New York City, NY, Dec. 20, 2010 — Chasse Consulting Sales Strategies Inc. ended 2010 on a charitable note by joining a number of companies to sponsor the fifth annual Charity: Water Charity: Ball hosted at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City. Charity: Water is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing safe water wells to third-world communities that go without a sanitary drinking supply.

“This room can accomplish something incredible tonight. You can walk out of here and say ‘I went to a party that gave clean water to over 19,000 people’ – that’s more than the Madison Square Garden full,” said Adrien Greiner, event host and star of HBO’s hit series Entourage. “We’ve got 5,000 people in Ethiopia who are waiting, 4,300 people in Haiti and…more than 10,000 people waiting in the Central African Republic. They are waiting for you, right now, to step up on this stage. Let’s get this started.”

Indeed the fundraising gala started, as more than 1,200 guests, including Chasse Consulting president and CEO Beverly Chasse and vice-president for business development Rana Salman, helped raise $470,000 through varying donations — an amount that will provide 19,300 people with clean water. Even before the evening’s events, more than $1 million had been raised through during a September campaign.

Charity: Ball guests were tasked with raising the remaining funds to reach Charity: Water’s overall goal of $1.7 million – a mark they hit.

In addition to water wells, the generosity of the event’s guests will also aid in building health clinics, assorted large scale water projects and schools in Ethiopia, Haiti and the Central African Republic. Construction is expected to begin in 2011 and completed be by 2012. Chasse Consulting has partnered with Charity: Water in the past, having donated three freshwater wells in June 2010. The company’s donation marks its continued dedication to community service – a key principle of the firm’s mission.

Over the last four years, Charity: Water has seen tremendous growth under founder Scott Harrison. His efforts have paid off as his organization has built more than 3,000 sustainable water projects in 17 countries. And since 100 percent of all public donations directly fund these projects, Charity: Water has won the hearts of many non-profit supporters worldwide, especially the support of Chasse Consulting and its CEO, who matched her company’s contribution with a personal donation match of her own.

“I’ve walked these villages. I’ve seen people carrying 40-pound water jugs, walking back and forth for miles many times a day – it’s crushing,” said Chasse. “I feel blessed that I have the opportunity to provide funding for such helpful projects that will change the lives of hundreds of people.”

One of Chasse Consulting’s charitable goals for 2011 is to garner more local donations for Charity: Water. Interested parties can contact Chasse at (512) 347-1474, ext. 20 or visit www.charitywater.org.
