Beverly Chasse, President & CEO
Beginning in 2002, Beverly Chasse combined her 25 years of leadership and sales management experience with her goal to change organizations’ sales strategies to create her own company, Chasse Consulting: Sales Strategies, Inc. Ten years later, Chasse has transformed the way Fortune 500 organizations sell.
The mission is cutting-edge, yet clear cut —help organizations strategically improve their sales performance, revenue stream, and productivity in today’s competitive and fast paced marketplace. Because of her hard work and dedication to the field, Chasse has earned the designation as one of the most effective sales strategy consultants in the industry.
However, even with her busy schedule, Chasse makes it a priority to reach out to those less fortunate. She volunteers countless hours of her own time to non-profit organizations not only in the Austin community, but around the world. This has included several trips to countries in Africa to work with local villages and underprivileged children. She also serves as the Board Chair of Manos de Cristo non-profit organization, proving once again that she is a true leader in the Austin community. In addition, each year Chasse commits part of her company’s profits to children’s charitable organizations, so that every child in poverty can have a better chance of defying the odds and overcoming life’s challenges.
Debbie Chasse, CFO
Responsible for all the financial aspects of the company, Debbie Chasse is an integral part of the stability and profitability of Chasse Consulting.
Chasse oversees and handles both the accounting and human resource divisions of the company with such responsibilities as allocating company funds, auditing, and employee benefits and financial plans. She also oversees budgeting so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally.
Previously, Chasse worked in several top management positions, bringing more than 20 years of financial experience when she joined the Chasse Consulting over 12 years ago.
Mamie Woods, Director of Sales Curriculum
Responsible for developing the sales curriculum for all programs and projects at Chasse Consulting, Mamie Woods oversees the development and deployment of sales-focused training material.
From the execution of global sales events to developing worldwide eLearning/corporate training campaigns and professional sales training curricula, Woods leads the team to utilize a blend of learning approaches to better engage and enable adult learners.
Prior to joining Chasse Consulting, Woods worked for several non-profit organizations. She has transferred this passion to her work with the Corporate Responsibility division of Chasse Consulting, leading efforts on Chasse Consulting’s sponsored missions and charities.
Woods holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of North Dakota and has extensive Project Management education from The George Washington University and ESI International.
Rochelle Carlin, Vice President of Operations
Responsible for overseeing Chasse Consulting’s operations, Rochelle Carlin manages costs, resource allocation and customer satisfaction for the entire company.
Previously, Rochelle served as Chasse Consulting’s Director of Translation where she worked to set the vision for all translation services operations while simultaneously managing translation and localization services for the Chasse Consulting’s roster of Fortune 500 clients. Prior to Chasse Consulting, Rochelle defined vendor management for McElroy Translation. During her tenure, she successfully managed a team of over 5,000 external vendors, leading them through organizational change and new systems implementation. Additionally, she has over 12 years’ experience in project management.
Miriam Rode, PMP, Director of Program Management
As the Director of Program Management, Miriam Rode is responsible for the seamless execution of client projects and deliverables and a quality customer experience across every phase of the project development process.
Rode’s extensive background includes working with several global Fortune 500 companies in the high-tech, energy, and education industries. She has successfully delivered more than 100 long-term software development and implementation projects in fields as diverse as sales consulting, mobile apps, eLearning, curriculum development, and web, print, and interface design. Her specialty lies in visual design and collaborating with clients in understanding their business needs to present quality solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
Rode earned her Bachelor’s in New Media Design & Imaging with high honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. She has held her PMP since 2013 and has taught art direction and software courses to undergraduate students.
Ricardo Latorre, Creative Director
As Creative Director, Ricardo Latorre oversees Chasse Consulting’s acclaimed creative department. In his role, Latorre drives the creative vision for all company products and services – helping to propel innovation in all areas of the business, driving R&D for new products and services, and all while collaborating with the production team to generate dynamic and engaging multimedia experiences for our global clients.
Driven by a love of visual arts from a very young age, Latorre has acquired over a decade of experience in the field. His wide range of skills include animation, advertising, creative direction, and all aspects of production. Through his work, he strives to cultivate a passionate, creative culture within the company that lives up to Chasse Consulting’s promises of top-notch quality in all of its services.
To meet this goal, Latorre works diligently to empower his team to use their creative expertise in creating and driving inventive enablement solutions that will further the success of not only Chasse Consulting but of the organization’s thriving client base as well.
Juan Carlos Galindo, Marketing & Enablement Manager
Carlos Galindo is the lead marketing and sales enablement manager for Chasse Consulting: Sales Strategies, Inc., where he oversees marketing programs, brand management and corporate communications in addition to field enablement for the company’s sales force.
Carlos’s greatest strengths lie in creativity, sales strategy and messaging. He revels at the prospect of architecting original business solutions, particularly those that extend Chasse Consulting’s reach and recognition within the industry. A team member of Chasse Consulting since 2010, Carlos has held a variety of positions across the company, from research, production, quality assurance to sales.
Prior to joining Chasse Consulting, Carlos held positions at public relations and interactive media advertising firms in Austin, Texas working on several global media and public relations campaigns for a number of Fortune 500 brands. His background extends into a variety of industries, including major retail, oil and gas and information technology. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with dual degrees in communication.
